    Hi there!

    We really aplogize for any delays that USPS may have had this holiday season. I noticed you did order after our guaranteed holiday delivery which is the cutoff date for USPS orders to arrive before Christmas. There was also an option to purchase priority mail which would have ensured your order to arrive before Chrismtas but you got the standard 3-5 business day shipping which typically takes longer especially around the holidays. We really would appreciate an honest review on our service and product, instead of outside factors that we really don't have any control over. We are also willing to help in any way to make sure you are satisifed with your expereince purchasing form us!
