Here at Vencer Co we want to come together to #DefeatTheStigma. 35% of college athletes suffer from mental health issues but no one talks about this due to the awkwardness, avoidances, and lack of support. We’re here to change that.

THE FOUNDERS STORY

Vianney Rodriguez (left) and Emiliano Alarcon (right) are the two founders and co-owners of Vencer Co. We started the company back in September of 2021, on a mission to fight the stigma that keeps athletes silenced. We did not know where the company would take us, but we did know we wanted to make a difference and impact athletes all accross the world.

CORE VALUES

Make a Difference.

We want to really change how mental health is looked at in the athlete world. Too many athletes quit, lose their love for the game, or even take their own life due to the struggles no one may see.

Bring Awareness.

Bringing awareness to the issue is the first step in helping athletes. People must know about the issues and that 1 in 3 athletes are struggling. This statistic really shows that anyone may be going through a hard time and could need help.
