FLIP IT. READ IT. TAKE ACTION. REPEAT.

Choose You- Although the best people are those who give and loves other unconditionally it is also so important to choose yourself. In sports, we tend to neglect ourselves as we are focused on school, sports, working out, and eating. This is your wrist reminder that it is okay to choose yourself when you need.
